As we pivot and embrace our Virtual Learning Environment, we'll maintain an intimate, retreat and camp-like vibe.  My team will send each participant (who registers before September 8th, a registration box with some fun surprises to enhance our time together!

Breakout Sessions:

Movement Breaks:

We'll add time for movement and "essential needs" breaks.  Because we'll be sitting in front of the computer for a few hours at a time, it's so important that we add in time for movement.  Just like at camp, movement allows our bodies to get rid of stale energy and feel more energized.

Even though this is remote and virtual, this Retreat requires individualized participation.  In other words, the nature of this requires each participant to have their own registration, individual computer screen, and private viewing space.  We will create a sacred and safe emotional container, so, this is a very personalized experience.  During the times we are together, treat it as if you are away at a camp retreat.  Limit and eliminate distractions, and show up ready to participate each session.
